1. Who we are
APEX Flight Support provides aircraft maintenance support and AOG dispatch services for business and general aviation operators in the Northeast United States. Our base of operations is Teterboro Airport (TEB), Teterboro, New Jersey.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit a maintenance request, contact form, or other inquiry we ask for information such as your name, email address, phone number, company, aircraft tail number, aircraft make/model, current airport/FBO, urgency, and a description of the issue. You may also choose to upload customer information, work authorization, or other aircraft documents.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site we may collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this for security, abuse prevention (rate limiting, bot challenge), and basic analytics.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses minimal cookies and browser-storage tokens for functionality and security. Specifically:
- Bot verification tokens — Cloudflare Turnstile sets short-lived tokens to verify you are human. These do not track you across other sites.
- Hosting performance — Our hosting provider may set cookies for load balancing and performance optimization.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers.
Information from third parties
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help verify that form submissions are made by humans. Turnstile may receive limited request metadata (IP address, browser fingerprint). We do not use Turnstile to track you across other sites.
3. How we use information
- To respond to maintenance requests, contact inquiries, and follow-up communications.
- To assign and document Work Orders and coordinate dispatch.
- To send you confirmation, status, and follow-up emails about your request.
- To contact you by phone regarding your maintenance request (you provide your phone number for this purpose when submitting a request).
- To maintain FAA-compliant maintenance records as required by applicable regulations.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- To improve the Site and our services.
We will not use your phone number or email for marketing or promotional purposes without your separate opt-in consent. All communications relate directly to a service request you initiated.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Site and provide services, including with:
- Email delivery providers (e.g., Resend) to send transactional emails such as confirmations and admin notifications.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the Site.
- Bot mitigation providers (e.g., Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Regulators or law enforcement where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Successors in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).
5. Data retention
We retain maintenance request and communication records for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal and FAA recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Site analytics and security logs are retained for shorter periods.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect information in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest with our service providers. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping any sensitive aircraft documents secure on your end before and after uploading them.
In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators in accordance with New Jersey law (N.J.S.A. 56:8-163) and any other applicable state breach notification laws.
7. Your choices
- You may decline to submit information through the Site, but some features (such as submitting a maintenance request) require it.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided by emailing Request@apexflightsupport.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
- Marketing emails are limited; you can reply with “unsubscribe” at any time. Transactional emails relating to a request you submitted will continue.
8. Children
The Site is intended for adults and aviation professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, the Site does not currently alter its data practices upon receiving a DNT signal. We do not engage in cross-site tracking regardless of the DNT setting.
10. California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) may provide you with additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email Request@apexflightsupport.com.
11. International users
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
12. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., our social media profiles, airport directories). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or communicated by email where appropriate.
